Volume 1 Issue 7

The boys celebrate Halloween by reviewing Night of the Comet. It definitely divides the boys, but you’ll have to listen to find out how. They talk about what they are doing this Halloween and what may or may not have transpired in Halloweens past.

They retouch on the “reverse racism” and bring Camm’s comments into it as well.

Without further ado, here it is... The Gorram Nerd Hour with Brian Smith and Jacob O’Neal.

Volume 1 Issue 6

So it’s that time of the week again. Another Gorram Nerd Hour, this time coming to you from our new permanent home at Abnormal Entertainment Studios located inside Samurai Comics in Mesa.

The boys have a special guest in studio to help them discuss the B-Movie review of They Live. Dave Atteberry sticks around after the review to get into it about Star Wars Episode 1 and boy was it a heated debate!

A couple of new trailers hit the web for A Good Day to Die Hard and the new Evil Dead remake so Jacob goes off on a rant about it.  It’s kinda funny actually.  But you’ll have to tune in to really get it.

The guys finish off with a couple of comic book news items including the finale of the Amazing Spider-Man series.

Have fun listening and let us know what you think.

Volume 1 Issue 5

Coming to you from Gotham City Comics and Coffee on 2nd Friday in downtown Mesa, it’s The Gorram Nerd Hour with Brian Smith and Jacob O’Neal.

This week the boys took a road trip down the street to visit another comic book shop and the 2nd Friday celebration that has revitalized Main Street in Mesa!

Of course they start with a movie review, and this one is a special treat.  Fresh on the heels of seeing its Southwest premier at Rapture Horror Expo last week, they bring you The Black Dahlia Haunting.  And boy do they have some things to say about this one!

They follow this up with the normal geek news and fill you in on everything you need to know and shamelessly plug for press passes to see Danielle Harris. The rest of the Atomic Fallout Society crew was on hand as well, and Brian couldn’t pass up the opportunity to give them some flack.

So enough of the reading, get to listening!

Volume 1 Issue 3

Back to home base and the kitchen again but with a twist this week as the boys have not one but three call in guests! From the upcoming Rapture Horror Expo at the Mesa Convention Center in beautiful downtown Mesa, we have the convention director, Kris Blackburn, better known as KB and both Dave Reda and Jessica Cameron, the director and star of the upcoming movie Shadow!

They start off with a review of C.H.U.D. and then go straight into the guests before discussing the week’s news about the next X-Men movie, the sequel to Goon and finish it off with a little tirade about DC’s New 52 and what it really means to be a collector.
